Non-linear frequency-modulated infrared thermal wave detection of debonding defects in CFRP laminates

چکیده

Non-linear frequency modulation infrared thermal wave detection system was established to detect and analyze debonding defects of different sizes CFRP laminates. Principal component analysis, signal reconstruction, total harmonic distortion are used process the image sequence collected by imager, processing effect is evaluated signal-to-noise ratio. Compared with other two algorithms, principal analysis has better effect, can effectively improve ratio, defect edge in processed clearer.
